How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on many global orders £50+.
Generally, we can't update your shipping address. Please check that the item(s) and delivery address are correct. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please ensure that your address is complete and correct with all information including apartment/suite/room numbers.
When we ship the packages to you, logistics information may not be updated immediately, because it is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility, it will update. This process may take a few days.If there is still no shipping information after a few days, please email us at helpcenter@semblaire.com. Our CS team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
We currently are unable to offer a free return service, so you will have to pay for the shipping return.
To ensure a successful return, please contact us again and update the tracking number of your return.
If you want to cancel or modify your order, please send us an email including the order number and the item you want to cancel/exchange.
We cannot cancel/exchange orders which have been shipped out. If it has been shipped out, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us for return/exchange.
